Official business information

Registered business name: Page Ashway Co., Ltd.

Established: 2019

Registered office: Office 10, 37 Example-gil, Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang 00000, South Korea

How we began

Page Ashway started after our founder, Ji-hoon Park, spent an afternoon helping a family member recover a wallet with a smudged eleventh word. The phrase was almost right — close enough that every attempt felt tantalisingly near success. That afternoon stretched into a week of careful comparison across three backup copies before the correct word surfaced.

Ji-hoon had spent a decade in records management for a regional bank. The discipline of verification — cross-referencing, checksum thinking, chain-of-custody notes — mapped naturally onto the holder’s problem. He opened Page Ashway in 2019 with a single desk in Ilsan and a commitment to offline-only sessions.

What we believe

Recovery material is not a password sticky note. It is a generational document that deserves the same care as a property deed or a will. Our work borrows from archival science: controlled environments, legibility testing, redundancy mapping, and periodic review schedules.

We do not sell hardware, manage assets, or provide investment guidance. We verify that what you wrote down matches what your wallet expects — nothing more, nothing less.

The team

Ji-hoon Park — Founder and lead practitioner. Former bank records supervisor. Certified in archival document handling (Korean Society of Archivists, 2017).

Eun-young Han — Session coordinator and holder record keeper. Manages scheduling, intake forms, and follow-up correspondence.

Min-seok Choi — Part-time associate for on-site visits within the Seoul metropolitan area. Background in physical security consulting.

Working with clients

Most clients find us through word of mouth or after reading our field notes. First contact is always by email or phone — we discuss your situation in general terms before suggesting a session type. We never ask for seed material before you arrive.

Our office in Goyang is a quiet room with no network-connected devices visible during sessions. You may request an on-site visit at your home or office if you prefer to verify backups in their storage location.

Community

We contribute annually to a local library’s personal finance literacy programme, teaching general document preservation — not cryptocurrency specifics — to young adults in Ilsanseo-gu.
