2. What we collect

Contact enquiries: Name, email address, message content, and optional session preferences submitted through our contact form.

Session clients: Name, phone number, email, appointment history, backup inventory metadata (medium type, copy count, storage location descriptions), and session notes. We do not digitally store seed phrases, passphrases, or private keys.

Website usage: If you accept analytics cookies, anonymised page view data via a privacy-respecting analytics provider.

3. How we use your data

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

We process data based on contract performance (session bookings), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, improving services), and consent (analytics cookies).

5. Retention

Enquiry emails are retained for two years. Client session records are retained for seven years after the last session. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Your rights

Under applicable Korean and international privacy laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Contact hello@page-ashway.click. We respond within thirty days.

7. International transfers

Our website may be accessed globally. Data is processed and stored in South Korea. If you access the site from outside Korea, your data may be transferred to and processed in Korea.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, limit access to client records to authorised staff, and maintain physical session notes in locked storage. No method of transmission is completely secure; we encourage clients never to send seed material electronically.
