Refund Policy
Effective date: 1 January 2025
Overview
This policy covers deposits and fees for in-person verification sessions booked with Page Ashway Co., Ltd.
Cancellation by client
More than 72 hours before appointment: Full deposit refund within five business days.
24 to 72 hours before appointment: 50% deposit refund. The remaining 50% covers reserved practitioner time.
Less than 24 hours before appointment: Deposit is non-refundable. You may reschedule once within sixty days without additional deposit.
No-show: Full session fee is charged. If only a deposit was paid, the remaining balance is invoiced.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested more than 48 hours before the original appointment. Additional reschedules incur a ₩30,000 administrative fee.
Cancellation by Page Ashway
If we cancel due to practitioner illness or office closure, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at your choice.
Refund after session
Full Seed-Backup Audit and Annual Holder Review: If you are dissatisfied with the written report, contact us within seven days. We will review your concerns and, where the report failed to reflect session findings, provide a corrected report at no charge. Fees are otherwise non-refundable once the session is completed.
Cross-Check Session: Fees are non-refundable after the session begins. If you leave within the first fifteen minutes due to a service issue on our side, we offer a full refund or rebooking.
Non-refundable items
- Travel surcharges for on-site visits once the practitioner has departed
- Additional copy fees for work already completed during the session
- Materials purchased on your behalf (archival paper, engraving referrals)
Work already started
If you cancel during an in-progress session, fees for time elapsed are charged at the hourly rate listed on our Rates page, rounded up to the nearest thirty minutes.
Deposits
Deposits are applied to the session fee. Unused deposits from eligible cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within ten business days via bank transfer.
