Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 January 2025

1. Acceptance

By accessing page-ashway.click or booking a session with Page Ashway Co., Ltd. (“Page Ashway,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services described

Page Ashway provides in-person seed-backup verification, cross-check routines, and related holder documentation services. We do not custody assets, execute transactions, provide investment advice, or recover lost keys except through structured verification of existing backup material.

3. Booking and payment

Session fees are quoted in Korean won on our Rates page. A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Remaining balances are due at the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cash.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for bringing accurate backup material to sessions, arriving on time, and informing us of any passphrase or multi-share schemes before the session begins. You must not request that we store, photograph, or transmit seed phrases digitally.

5. Intellectual property

Website content, worksheets, the cross-check routine documentation, and holder report templates are owned by Page Ashway. You may use worksheets provided during a session for personal backup management. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Our services verify backup accuracy under controlled conditions. We are not liable for losses arising from pre-existing errors we were not engaged to find, client failure to follow recommendations, third-party wallet firmware issues, or events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee paid for the session giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

We treat session content as confidential. We do not record seed phrases in digital systems. Holder reports are delivered to you directly and retained in our physical files for seven years unless you request earlier destruction.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goyang, Gyeonggi-do.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
